Emily M. Boucher is the real estate broker/owner of Due North Realty LLC. She began her real estate career in 2017, first at a global franchise real estate office in Plattsburgh, then transitioning to a local, independent brokerage before opening Due North Realty LLC in 2024. She strives to connect with all clients, truly getting to know them and their real estate needs. Prior to her real estate career, Emily served the residents of Clinton County in retail customer service and management since 2002. Having worked with the public for over twenty years, she has extensive experience in communicating with people of all backgrounds.
Emily is an advocate of fair housing and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. She implemented the DEI/Fair Housing Committee with the Adirondack Champlain Valley Realtors® in late 2021, and has been chair of that committee since. Emily is a 2023 & 2024 member of the New York State Association of Realtors® (NYSAR) state DEI Committee, has presented on DEI topics with the local chamber of commerce, and has attended numerous classes, seminars, and conferences on the subjects.
She resides in the northern tier of Clinton County with her partner, Jerry, and their fur-baby, Nemo. During her spare time, Emily enjoys boating, road trips, and deep-diving into J.R.R. Tolkien literature and lore.
